She had given 2 inconsistent reasons, first the signal of their radio (walkie-talkie) is not good for them to coordinate with each other and the 2nd one is that they had missed a look on the eresrvation log sheet they had. Instead of apologizing and making some arrangements for our stay . what she did is walking away from us and never came back. Bastosan ba ito?? Is this a good customer service?
